Gartner For Technical Professional- Advisor Small And Midsize Business Enterprise Access. Notes: Fees Are Non-Refundable And The Tender Documents Can Be Purchased Online After Registering In Kahramaa Site Business Portal The Offer Must Be Submitted With A Bank Guarantee (In The Amount Of Provisional Bid Bond) Issued By A Qatari Bank Or By A Bank Operating In Qatar.
