Tender Documents Can Be Obtained From The Tenders And Practices Unit At The Endowment Funds Affairs Department At The General Directorate Of Awqaf Building – (Al Waab Road) During Official Working Hours.

Hand Over The Tender Documents To An Authorized Representative Of The Company According To An Official Letter From The Company After Submitting His Identity Card And A Copy Of:
A Copy Of The Companys Valid Establishment Registration, A Copy Of The Valid Trade License, A Copy Of The Valid Classification Certificate.
The Insurance Is Presented In An Open Envelope From One Of The Banks Operating In The State Of Qatar, As Indicated Above, As A Temporary Insurance For A Period Of (120) Days, Starting From The Closing Date, In Addition To (2) Closed Financial And Technical Envelopes, Provided That Each Envelope Is Sealed With Wax. The Red One Is In The Name Of Mr. / Chairman Of The Tenders Committee At The General Directorate Of Awqaf, And It Should Be Written On The Envelopes (Tender No. – Tender Subject (Technical – Financial)).
