Tenders are invited for One Time Maintenance Work for Central Battery System(CBS) at Hamad Port
Tender Bond QRS: 20, 000
Document Fees: QRS. 300
1 – Tender documents can be obtained ( via Email) from the Finance and Accounting Department Tel No (40453724/568). after epositing the non-refundable amount mentioned above at MQ A/C No. (0850 -102030 – 060) at QNB and submitting the bank depositing receipt and copy of the Commercial Registration to: (tender.secretaryamwani.com.qa ) Tel. (40453724/568 – 31265655 / 30121037)
Offer should be accompanied with a Tender Bond/ issued by one of the Banks operating in Qatar for the amount shown in the above table and valid for 120 days from the closing date. The offer which is not accompanied by the Tender Bond will not be considered. The successful bidder should submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the total Tender value, which should be valid for (90) da/s after the expiry of the contract period
Offers should be valid for ninety (90) da/s commencing from the tender closing date and MQ has the right (after Tenders and Auctions Committee approval) to increase or decrease the items/services by 20% of the contract value acoording to its conditions and prices
The deadline for submitting offers will be 02.00 pm of the date shown above. Any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered.

1 – يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة (عبر البريد الإلكتروني) من قسم المالية والمحاسبة هاتف رقم (40453724/568). بعد إيداع المبلغ غير القابل للاسترداد المذكور أعلاه في MQ A / C رقم (0850-102030 – 060) في QNB وإرسال إيصال الإيداع البنكي ونسخة من السجل التجاري إلى: (tender.secretaryamwani.com.qa) هاتف. (40453724/568 – 31265655/30121037)
يجب أن يكون العرض مصحوبًا بكفالة مناقصة / صادرة عن أحد البنوك العاملة في قطر بالمبلغ الموضح في الجدول أعلاه وصالحة لمدة 120 يومًا من تاريخ الإغلاق. لن يتم النظر في العرض غير المصحوب بضمان العطاء. يجب على العارض الفائز تقديم ضمان حسن الأداء بنسبة 10٪ من إجمالي قيمة العطاء ، والتي يجب أن تكون صالحة لمدة (90) يومًا بعد انتهاء مدة العقد.
يجب أن تكون العروض صالحة لمدة تسعين (90) يومًا من تاريخ إغلاق العطاء ، ويحق لشركة MQ (بعد موافقة لجنة المناقصات والمزايدات) زيادة أو تقليل العناصر / الخدمات بنسبة 20٪ من قيمة العقد وفقًا لشروطها. والأسعار
الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض سيكون 02.00 مساءً من التاريخ المبين أعلاه. لن يتم النظر في أي عرض يصل بعد ذلك.
