- Cleaning Cycle: The first step in Dip Galvanizing is the cleaning cycle, which includes degreasing, rinsing, pickling, and rinsing again. This step is crucial as it prepares the steel surface by removing any dirt, oil, or other contaminants that could affect the quality of the galvanization.
