DALLAS GLASS – Company Overview
Dallas Glass Tempering Factory W.L.L,[DALLAS GLASS-DG] was established in the year 2007 to meet the ever-increasing demands from the construction market in Qatar, for high quality processed glass products. The company is part of the SASCO (Specialized Aluminium & Steel Company) group, Dallas Glass, being one of the companies under this group is a high-tech architectural glass products processing factory committed to quality, service and innovation. It is located at the New Industrial Zone, in Doha, the capital city of Qatar.
Dallas Glass factory uses the latest state-of-the-art technology to produces high performance insulating glass units, Tempered/toughened safety glass and processed glass products. Materials being used by factory are sourced both locally and internationally.
The company has also invested a lot in a modern fleet of various sized vehicles to ensure all customer requirements large or small are delivered safely as required. A complete glass processing service is now available in the factory, that includes High Performance Double Glazed Units, heat Soak Test, Lamination, polished edges, bevelling, drill holes, cut-outs, sandblasting and other products.

Products and Services
- Insulated solar controlled high – performance glass units for the horizontal and vertical market, ranging from a combination thickness of 12 mm thick to 48 mm thick, providing optimal thermal and optical performance, whereby reducing loads on power.
- Heat treatment of glass, including calibrated heat soak testing process, ensuring safety and avoidance of breakages due to nickel sulfide inclusions.
- Multiple laminated glass units, utilized for acoustic, safety, bullet proof, shatter proof, and heat resistant application.
- Frame-less shop fronts, internal glazing/partitions, shower enclosures.
- Decorative glass products like bevel clusters, grooving, sandblasting, beveling and various edging processes.
- Assistance in provision of wind load, truss load, structural load computations for various application.
